We spent a year
searching for the best blend
2018 was BARUNSASH’s first year. We made our products by lifting 25 kg bags of raw materials ourselves and pouring them into the mixing tank, 500 kg at a time.
This is the story of a full year spent studying formulas and raw materials to find the best.

500 kg, Filled 25 kg at a Time
In BARUNSASH’s first year, compounding was done by hand. For every 500 kg batch, we lifted twenty 25 kg bags of raw materials, one at a time, and poured them into the mixing tank.
That winter, when the product color didn’t meet our standard, we mixed the pigments ourselves until the color was right again.

The Blend DATA Notebooks
Every day, without fail, we wrote down the formula and the results. The “Blend DATA” notebooks, started in January 2018, grew from VOL.01 to VOL.02, and then to a new notebook every month.
The formulas in these notebooks are BARUNSASH technical assets, so we blurred them in the video.
03The lab
Lined Up and Compared
On every trial-extruded profile, we wrote the date, time, and weight. We stood them side by side in the lab, studied each one, and refined the formula.

Impact Modifiers, Tested Product by Product
Impact modifiers determine how strong a window is, so we tested them separately for every product. We made samples on the same day under the same conditions and compared their color, texture, and hardness side by side.
Good windows start with a good blend.
That one year made BARUNSASH what it is today.
