What’s wrong with it?

Handle or lock gear? You only need to buy the part that’s broken.

Choose what applies

Face the window to tell left from right

Stand inside the room facing the window. A handle on the sash to your left is Left (L). A handle on the sash to your right is Right (R).

Lock gears are the same for both sides.

Choose the parts and quantities you need

Window handles: Large (left, longer) and Medium (right, shorter)

Handle size

Large is longer, Medium is shorter

Large is on the left in the picture, Medium on the right. Compare them with the length of your old handle. If you’re not sure, choose “I’m not sure” and send us a photo.
